Return policy

There are 365 days full return on the goods delivered.

You can exchange or return and get the money back as long as the item has not been used and returns in the original packaging, with proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note or similar).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to order goods (including items specially ordered or adapted for example engraving), band saws and discontinued goods.

The right of withdrawal is counted from the day your order is received. You may also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the package and return it to us.

If you choose to cancel your purchase, return the item in the same condition as you received it. Copy of order confirmation or delivery note must be enclosed so that we can attribute the returned to the correct order. The buyer is responsible for paying the return freight, unless there are errors or defects in the goods, which can be referred to the supplier. In this case, contact H.W.Larsen before returning the item so that a return label can be sent. If this is not done, the return will be at your own expense.

Attach a note where you clearly describe the problem and your wishes, as well as the original order number.

Shipping costs will be covered ONLY if the error is attributable to H.W.Larsen. In this case, we will send a package label. If you simply want to return the item because you regretted the purchase, cannot fit the item (clothing) or the like, you pay the return shipping yourself.

Returns can also be made by denying receipt of the shipment.

We do not receive parcels sent by mail. COD. The following items are not returned, without prior agreement with H.W.Larsen, as they are, as a rule, ordered or manufactured home specifically for you.

4. Engraved items 

REFUND

If you paid with a debit card, the money will be refunded to your debit card. If you pay with a gift card, the amount will be returned on the gift card.

Upon invoice payment, the amount will be in the debtor account. If the amount is paid out, contact the bookkeeper at debitor@hwl.dk
